XPS to PDF converts Microsoft's XML Paper Specification documents, including the OpenXPS variant, into PDF. Both are fixed-layout page description formats, so the conversion maps one page model onto another with vector artwork kept as vectors.

The XPS package is unpacked and mapped to PDF entirely within the page. No conversion server is involved at any point.
