Accessories Store
Order Cine Power Planner's 3D-printed on-set accessories
A first-party shop for 3D-printed accessories used on set for gear identification and cart organization — filter, button and camera tags, mattebox and hand lanyards, Magliner trashcans, Kimtech dispenser boxes, rod end screws, bongo tie nuts and cable-management parts. Open it from the sidebar under Store → Accessories.
What the Store Sells
The Accessories Store ships first-party 3D-printed accessories made by Cine Power Planner. It is not a marketplace and does not list third-party vendors.
- Tags — color-coded filter tags, camera-user button tags and camera tags in black or white lettering; the customizable camera tag carries your own text.
- Lanyards — a mattebox / hand lanyard you can order in one color or a mix of two.
- Accessories — the Magliner trashcan and Kimtech box for the cart, plus bongo tie nuts.
- Cables & Adapters and Rods — cable-management clips and 19 mm rod end screws.
- Six categories in all: All Accessories, Tags, Lanyards, Accessories, Cables & Adapters, Rods.
- Prices are in euros. The catalogue ships inside the app, so you can browse it with no connection; only checkout and My orders need one.
Tips
- Open the store from the sidebar — the 'Accessories' entry under 'Store'.
- Your cart is saved with your account: it survives a reload and, while you are signed in, follows you to your other devices.
- Each product has a per-order limit. It counts every color and text variant of that product together — once it is reached, Add to Cart shows 'Order limit reached' and the cart's + button greys out.
Browsing & Searching
The store has two tabs: Products (the catalog) and My orders (your order history). Products opens first.
- In the sidebar, click 'Accessories' under 'Store'.
- Pick a category — All Accessories, Tags, Lanyards, Accessories, Cables & Adapters, or Rods.
- Type into 'Search products...' to narrow the list.
- Every product card shows its options right away — pick them on the card and click 'Add to Cart'.
Tips
- Search looks at the product name, description and category, best match first, and works within the category you picked.
- The Cart button in the page header shows how many items are in your cart.
- The chosen category and search stay in the page address, so a bookmark or a shared link opens the same filtered view.
- On a phone the category buttons fold behind one 'Filters' button while the search field stays on screen. The sheet's button shows how many products your selection leaves.
- Every card states under the price that it is the final price plus shipping and that no VAT is charged (§ 19 UStG), and 'Manufacturer and product safety' at the bottom opens the manufacturer's name, address and email.
Customizing a Product
Options sit directly on the product card; each product shows only the ones it has.
- Color — click a swatch. Most products take one color; the lanyard takes a mix, with a counter of how many you have picked. The first color is preselected.
- Text color — Black or White lettering, on the tags that print text.
- Size — Small or Medium on the camera tags.
- Custom Text — only on the customizable camera tag. The label states the character limit and typing stops there; the text is printed exactly as entered, so check the spelling.
- The product image follows the color you picked last. Click it to open a larger view; Escape or the × closes it.
- A tag ordered with your own text is made for you and is excluded from the right of withdrawal — the card says so under the text field.
Tips
- Picking more colors than a product allows shows 'Maximum colors reached' — deselect one first.
- Adding the same product with exactly the same options again raises that line's quantity instead of adding a second line.
Common Pitfalls
- Expecting two different variants to merge — another color, size, lettering or text is its own cart line, so a tag for each crew member stays separate.
Cart & Shipping
The Cart button in the page header opens 'Your cart' from the side. There you adjust quantities, pick the shipping country and go to checkout.
- Escape, the × or a click beside the panel closes it.
- Each line shows the product image, its colors, text color, size and text, and the line price.
- Use + and − to change a quantity, or the bin icon to remove the line. Going below one also removes it.
- 'Shipping to' sets the destination country; the shipping cost follows its zone.
- Below the free-shipping threshold the cart tells you how much more you need to add; above it, Shipping reads FREE.
- Subtotal, Shipping and Total update as you change anything.
- Above the 'Order with obligation to pay' button the cart lists what applies to your order: prices are final prices with no VAT (§ 19 UStG), the delivery time for the chosen country, the customs note for countries outside the EU, your 14-day right of withdrawal, and links to the Terms and the withdrawal instructions for goods.
Tips
- Cart edits are saved immediately — closing the panel loses nothing.
- Offline, the cart stays usable, but the button reads 'Checkout Unavailable Offline' and a notice explains why until you are back online.
- Switching the shipping country can change the shipping cost — check the totals after the switch.
Checkout & Payment
Payment runs on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Afterwards Stripe sends you back to the store, which tells you how it went.
- Open the cart and click 'Order with obligation to pay'. This places your binding order; you pay on the next page. The button reads 'Processing...' while the payment page is prepared.
- Stripe's checkout page opens in a new browser tab (in the mobile app, in the in-app browser). If your browser blocks the new tab, checkout continues in the current one.
- Enter your shipping address and pay by card. No VAT is added on that page: the prices are final prices (§ 19 UStG). The page also takes a promotion code.
- Stripe's page repeats the legal notes next to its pay button. Your order becomes binding, with an obligation to pay, only when you confirm the payment there.
- Paid: you return to the store, the cart empties and 'Payment successful! Your order has been placed.' appears.
- Cancelled: you return to the store with 'Checkout was cancelled.' — the cart is kept and nothing was charged.
Tips
- Stripe handles all card data — Cine Power Planner never sees card numbers.
- Prices are taken from the store's own price list when the payment page is created, not from what your device had cached.
- If the payment page doesn't open or you closed it, your cart is still there — click 'Order with obligation to pay' again.
- The store limits how many checkouts can be started per hour. Past that limit the cart shows 'Too many checkouts in one hour. Please try again later.' — your cart is kept.
Common Pitfalls
- Reading the empty cart after a successful payment as a failure — the cart is emptied on success by design.
- Treating 'Checkout was cancelled.' as a billing failure — it only means you left the Stripe page without paying.
My orders
The 'My orders' tab lists your store orders, newest first, loaded from your account each time you open the tab.
- Each order shows its order number, date, total and a status: Pending, Processing, Paid, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled or Refunded.
- After payment you get an order confirmation by email with your order reference (SO- and 8 characters), the delivery time, the withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form. Stripe sends the invoice separately.
- Click an order to expand it: Items, Order summary (subtotal, shipping, tax where charged, total), Shipping address and the Order timeline — Order placed, Payment received, Shipped.
- An order appears as Pending as soon as the payment page is created and turns Paid once Stripe confirms the payment. A payment page left until it expires turns the order Cancelled.
- Offline, the tab shows the orders it loaded last time.
- No orders yet? 'Browse the store' takes you back to the products.
Tips
- Use this tab to confirm an order went through after you come back from Stripe.
- Order history belongs to your account. If you don't see an order, you may have paid while signed in to a different account.
Delivery, Returns & Withdrawal
What applies to an order of physical goods: delivery times, customs outside the EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal and how to use it.
- Delivery time, counted from payment: Germany 3–5 working days, other EU countries 5–10, countries outside the EU 10–20.
- Outside the EU the destination country may charge customs duties, import VAT and fees. You pay these; they are not part of the order total.
- As a consumer you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You pay the direct cost of sending them back.
- We refund what you paid, including the standard shipping cost, within 14 days of your withdrawal. We may wait until the goods are back or you show that you sent them.
- Items ordered with your own text are made for you and cannot be withdrawn from. The statutory warranty for defects still applies to them.
- The full withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form are in the Terms of Service and in your order confirmation email.
- Open 'Withdraw from contract' — the link in your order confirmation, or cine-power-planner.com/withdraw. You do not need to sign in.
- Choose 'Accessories store order' and enter your order reference, your name and the email address you ordered with.
- Press 'Confirm withdrawal'. The page shows your declaration with the time it was received, and a confirmation email follows at once.
- Send the goods back within 14 days to the address in the email. We refund you to the payment method you used.
Tips
- An email or a letter works too — the address is in the withdrawal instructions.
- If every item in the order carries your own text, the page tells you that the order cannot be withdrawn from instead of recording a withdrawal.
Prices, inventory, and shipping zones are managed by Cine Power Planner and may change over time. Stripe handles all payments — no card data ever reaches the app.
