Every page and tool in the app on one page, with a search on top

The app opens on Home. It shows every page and tool Cine Power Planner has, grouped the way the sidebar groups them, so you can see what the app can do and get to any of it in one click. The same page is the answer to "where was that feature again?"

You get back to Home from anywhere:

click the logo at the top of the sidebar (or of the mobile header);
click Home at the top of the sidebar's Projects group;
press Cmd/Ctrl + K and choose Home.

Searching

Type what you want to do into the search box: battery, call sheet, invoice, lens. Every group narrows as you type, and the words that matched are highlighted.

The search reads each tile's name, its one-line description and its group, plus a list of everyday words for each page. That is why battery finds the Power Calculator and dispo finds call sheets.
English and German words both work, whichever language the app is in.
When nothing matches exactly, Home shows the closest matches and says so above the results.
Esc clears the search.

Home searches pages and features. To find a project, a device or a contact, use Search everything under the results: it opens the Search page with your words already filled in.

What's on the page

Section	What it holds
Recently opened	The last three projects you opened, the same list as the sidebar's Recent. Each card opens the project.
Favourites	The pages you starred. Only shown once you have starred something.
Projects	All Projects, Templates, Archive and Trash.
Inside every project	The tabs every project has (gear list, call sheets, shot list, budget and more), grouped by phase: Plan, Gear, People, Money, Shoot.
Tools, Rental Management, Additional Tools, Accounting	One tile per page, exactly as in the sidebar.
Store and Support	The accessories store; Settings, Help and this documentation.

On wider screens a row of jump links under the search scrolls straight to a group. Phones show the groups as one list instead, so the links are hidden there.

Recently opened and Favourites step aside while you search, so the results are all you see.

Favourites

Hover a tile (on a touch screen the star is always shown) and click its star to pin the page. A starred page appears in the Favourites group on Home and in the sidebar's Favourites group: these are the same stars as Settings → General → Sidebar favourites, so starring or un-starring in either place changes both.

Pages that cannot be sidebar favourites (All Projects, Templates, Archive, Trash and Documentation) have no star.

Inside every project

These features live inside a project rather than on a page of their own, so each chip opens that tab in the project you opened last. With no project yet, a chip takes you to All Projects to create one.

Where the project list went

The list of your projects is All Projects, at /projects. It is the same page it always was; it simply no longer opens first. The sidebar's All Projects entry still shows your project count. An older link that opened the dashboard with an action, such as a new-project link or a shortcut from the Power Calculator, is forwarded there; a plain bookmark of the app's address now opens Home.

The New project button at the top of Home opens the new-project form on All Projects.
