Reporting Illegal Content
Anyone — with or without a Cine Power Planner account — can tell us about content they believe is illegal or breaks the Terms of Service. This is the notice-and-action mechanism required by the EU Digital Services Act (DSA, Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Art. 16).
Where to report
- The "Report illegal content" link. Every public page that shows someone's content carries it at the bottom: shared rental catalogues (
/rh/…), call sheets (/cs/…), quotes (/q/…), signing pages (/sign/…), gear-request quotes (/gq/…), sub-rental requests (/gr/…) and return requests (/mi/…). It opens the form in a new tab with that page's address already filled in. - The form itself at cine-power-planner.com/report-content, also linked from the Imprint and the landing page footer. No login is needed.
- Email to
support@cine-power-planner.com— the single point of contact for authorities (DSA Art. 11) and for users (Art. 12). Write in German or English; a person reads every message.
What the form asks for

The form is protected against automated abuse (a hidden bot trap, Cloudflare Turnstile and a per-connection rate limit). If you send too many notices in a minute you are asked to wait.
What happens next
- The page shows your reference number (
CN-followed by six characters). - If you gave an email address, a confirmation of receipt with the reference, the reported address and the category arrives straight away (DSA Art. 16(4)).
- A person reviews the notice diligently and objectively and decides without undue delay. Nothing is decided solely by automated means.
- You receive the decision by email from
support@cine-power-planner.com, with the reasons and your options to challenge it (Art. 16(5)). - If the content is restricted — removed, a share link or catalogue disabled, or an account suspended — the person who posted it receives a statement of reasons (Art. 17).
Keep the reference number and quote it if you write to us about the notice.
Challenging a decision
Both the person who sent the notice and the person whose content is affected can:
- Reply to the decision email within six months — the decision is then reviewed again (internal complaint).
- Turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under DSA Art. 21.
- Go to court. The other options do not take that right away.

Your data
The name, email address and text you enter are used only to handle the notice and to tell you the decision (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR with Art. 16 DSA). Your identity is shared with the person whose content you reported only where strictly necessary (Art. 17(3)(b) DSA). Your IP address is not stored — only a one-way keyed hash of it, used to spot floods of notices. Notices are kept for as long as they are needed to handle the notice and any complaint about the decision.
